The apartment features a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and integrated fridge, along with all necessary utensils and dining sets for up to four guests.
In the living area, youâll find a three-seater sofa that extends into a double sofa bed, a cosy armchair, and a 43-inch smart TV â perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it a lovely spot for shared meals.
Along the hallway, youâll find a newly fitted bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand basin, and toilet.
The bedroom features a super-king zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as two singles on request, as well as a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Please note: unless requested otherwise, bedroom will be set up as a super-king. If you would like a different setup, please inform us at least 48 hours before arrival.
Outside the flat, down the stairs on the ground floor, there is a private utility room for guest use, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, iron, and ironing board.
The property offers free WiFi throughout and private off-road parking for one car.

The best way to get around is on foot - the property is a 10 minute flat walk into the centre of the city.
