Favorite place to stay in Wells. Cabins are great with two dogs, and we can cook breakfast in the kitchen rather than wait in lines. Near restaurants, the beach and the grocery store.

The district manager & manager were wonderful/ Kind, caring, Always wanting to enjoy your stay. I cannot say enough about them. Rooms very clean with air conditioning. We have gone to Wells Maine frequently over the past 20 years. This is, by far, the best place ever!!

I technically didn't meet any staff as this property you self check in. Room was clean well maintained. Property was nice with a really nice pool. My only negative was that our coffee maker didn't work.

Room was clean, cottage very small. Looks are deceiving online. Only one air conditioner took along time to cool off the whole cottage. Pool was great, clean. Staff nice. I didn't like the tiny shower, everytime the whole bathroom gets wet. The screen was broken on screen in porch. Would not stay again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were not satisfied at all with the room we stayed in. It was run down and not one update to any appliances. The walls were all marked up snd holes in the window screen. It was extremely small and needed a lot of repairs to the inside and outside We were very disappointed. No shampoo, no soap, and no ice buckets in room when we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel.
