Sleeping six guests with two bathrooms, this truly lovely property offers a very well-equipped kitchen, a cosy but contemporary living room with a Smart TV and a conservatory overlooking a lovely garden with a lawn and decking which is perfect for a morning coffee or a sundowner. It also has parking, which is something of a rarity in this beautiful coastal town. With extra touches like Goggle Home devices and a coffee machines, these owners really have thought of everything. They want you to have a lovely holiday and it shows.

Wells itself is simply packed with artisan cafés, inns, bistros and shops so you will always be footsteps from great places to eat, drink and browse. The picturesque quayside is the perfect place to sit and watch the little fishing and pleasure boats bobbing on the tide and the wide, sandy beach with its painted huts is considered one of the best in Norfolk. Head East and take a stroll along the Edwardian promenade or a coffee on the famous pier in Cromer or head west to enjoy all the traditional seaside attractions on offer in Hunstanton. History buffs will be delighted to find that the Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates along with the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn, Castle Rising and Castle Acre are all within easy reach too. Beach 1 mile. Pub within 1 mile.

We had a wonderful week in Sea Lavender. The house is beautiful, the area is nice and quiet but close to everything. And the back garden was incredible - a quiet little oasis where our children happily played for hours. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again and again.
