The hotel is near many stores and restaurants so it’s in a convenient area. The condition of the hotel is poor. Since our room was at the end of the building we parked where it would be closer to enter near our room. But the door didn’t have an outside handle since it had been ripped off. I mentioned this to the attendant at the desk and she confirmed that yes it did not have a handle. The carpet in the corridors and lobby are very dirty and soiled. We approached our room thinking what will we find when we open the door. But the room was thankfully cleaner but still not as clean as many other hotels we have been to. This being the case we didn’t have any desire to try the continental breakfast that was offered the next morning. The owner needs to invest in cleaning and repairing the building because as I said before, the hotel is in a convenient area. We will try to not stay here again I would rather pay more for something cleaner.

The hotel was good, the girl who checked us in was friendly and even suggested places to eat. The room itself was nice and I liked how comfortable the bed and linens were. The microwave was dirty inside, otherwise clean. The hotel itself was quiet, except for the construction work going on right outside our window. They started working at 7 AM. If you need to be up before then, it should be fine.

I had a very bad experience coming here. The breakfast was not good, nor was there any cleanliness. The room was so dirty, even toilet didn't work. I recommend please don’t waste money here

Cons: room had a very sticky carpet and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. Workers on at least 3 occasions were smoking right under the no smoking sign at the door. Smelly! Second room had not clean toilet. And no toilet paper holder. Towel bar was also broken. Breakfast the first morning was out of coffee and eggs and desk person acted out when notified. Pros: for the most part the staff was friendly and helpful with issues. we were able to change rooms easily. King bed was very comfortable. Second morning breakfast was fully stocked.

Unsanitary conditions across the board. Rooms smelt like rotten food, fridges all had nasty old spilt food, dirty, dusty, nasty carpet and walls. Toilets clogged, sinks backed up with other rooms water.

Our stay was fine. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. What we weren’t leased with was how RUDE people are. From 6:30am people yelling in the halls, kids running up and down the halls screaming at each other. These people/parents should ALL be ashamed of themselves, you don’t act that way in a hotel while others are still sleeping. And the hotel should do better about controlling this. I know for a fact they could hear it because I could hear it when we checked out. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, this was by far the worst.

My girlfriend checked in around 2pm on June 7th, she texted me how the outside garbage can was overflowing and spilling out with trash onto the side walk, and the room was gross with a nasty smell. I kept an open mind and headed there myself after work. I arrived about 4:30pm and verified there was tons of trash on the ground infront of the main entry doors, she also informed me that she tried to use the lobby bathroom but the toilet seat and other surfaces were covered in fecal matter. She alerted the front desk of this. The room was down a dingy old hallway (room 109). The room had an overpowering smell of mold all throughout. I am a construction worker who periodically does mold removal and am very familiar with the smell. Behind the hotel were homeless people living in sketchy vans. All around it felt disgusting. Didn’t even take our shoes off, we packed all our stuff and left without even saying goodbye. This place is an absolute dump.

Stayed for three nights. Good breakfast / dining room that is kept well-stocked, room was quiet and clean, got ice for the cooler each morning before going about our day, staff was friendly and helpful when we need extra towels / toiletries. Guy who was spitting his chew outside near the front doors, if you’re reading this, do everyone a favor and swallow it next time :)
