Lake Madison Condo

This top floor condo is newly decorated, fully furnished with 2 queen beds and two, 55" smart tvs (Netflix and Hulu available). A full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. There is also a semi-private deck, with a patio table and chairs, and grill. Coffee and tea provided.
You are welcome to enjoy the 175 feet of lakefront, the large communal yard and dock. *Please be advised, the dock system is installed in the spring by an outside party and may or may not be in place for use depending on when you book. Boats are not to be tied up overnight due to potential storms accompanied by high winds.

2024 NAIA trip

Light on cookware and kitchen items in general. Ice maker did not work. Bathroom is really small. The living room was spacious and relaxing. Beautiful location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, but would explore other options in the general area as well.

Great location!

Great location on the lake! Third floor condo has the advantage of a stunning view of the lake and the after dark evening stars! Restaurant with delicious food right next door and that was super convenient. They had bands and that was a treat. VRBO manager Demi was great to work with and her communication was incredibly prompt with all responses. We will definitely be back!

Overall a Good Stay

The actual condo was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Although the appliances were a little dated everything worked great with plenty on kitchen items. The view is very nice too! The only down side was the stairs to the condo(condo on 3rd floor). There is some sort of smell that is not pleasant and they seem to be trying to cover with plug-in perfume. Over a good stay!

Amazing Lake Condo on the lake next to a Restaurant!

It was awesome and we had a great stay. We really enjoyed that there was a restaurant next door and they had Karaoke on Friday that we all had a blast singing at (including the kids)!

Love it!

This was my sixth stay at this condo. We stay here any time we are visiting my son at college. The condo is in a great location I love sitting on the deck watching the ducks on the lake. It is well furnished and comfortable and supplied with everything you need. The owner is very easy to deal with and this trip very kindly extended my stay one day when I realized I had mistakenly booked it for one fewer nights then I needed. There is a good bar/restaurant right next door.

Weekend getaway

This was a great location for a nice weekend getaway. Right on beautiful lake Madison next to the local bar and grill that provided great live music and entertainment. Would definitely stay again. Host was incredibly helpful and willing to assist with whatever.

Wonderful

The property was exactly as pictured. The nice surprise was the quaint location. The property is located in the middle of what feels like nowhere but isn't. It's perfectly close enough to town(s) and remote enough to be beautiful and quiet. The condo is well kept, has everything one needs, it's clean, and on the top floor, so no neighbor noise from above. The lake is beautiful. The beds are comfy. The deck is big. We stayed here because Brookings was booked up for SDSU Homecoming/Hobo Day. This was a great location, a quick 30 min drive, and so quiet after bustling days on campus. There is a tavern next door that we did not get a chance to try. Hopefully, we can stay here again someday soon.
