Escape to this beautiful coastal retreat, with soaring cathedral ceilings and a farmers porch. We are perfectly situated just minutes from Sandy Neck Beach. Designed for ultimate relaxation, this welcoming home features three comfortable bedrooms—thoughtfully arranged with a king, a queen, and a full bed in the lower level ensuite to give everyone plenty of space to unwind.

Outdoor Convenience: Rinse off the salt and sand under the stars in the refreshing hot and cold outdoor shower.

Perfect Climate: Fully equipped with both air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable in any season or weather.

Thoughtful Extras: Pack light thanks to convenient amenities like an in-house hair dryer and iron. A full LG washer dryer combo makes washing clothes a breeze.

Whether you are planning a 5-day escape or an extended seasonal retreat, this home provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, cups and glasses as well as stemware make for memorable meals. A lobster pot is included as it is a must on the cape. The well water is tripple filtered at the kitchen sink for great tasting water and ice from the icemaker. A Bosch dishwasher makes cleanup easy.

Two bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. There is a full bath upstairs and another on the main floor. the third bedroom is on the ground floor with a full sized bed and it's own ensuite bathroom.

Outdoors provides several areas to relax and enjoy. The covered farmers porch has a rattan wrap around sofa with a deck box for all of the cushions. The back porch has a teak dining table and chairs for an alfresco evening

Below the house is a beautiful fire pit with a Solo Stove and plenty of wood. The Addirondack chairs are a joy to sit in and enjoy all night long. Please cover the firepit when not in use.

A 4 burner gas grill is ready for you to grill to your hearts content. For your beach day, we have a full set of beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

A Quick Note for Your Stay: To help us keep the home pristine and sparkling clean for your arrival, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes when indoors. Please no extra guests, parties, no pets, and no one under 18 years old.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It’s close to the beaches while still offering a private setting at the end of the street, making it peaceful and relaxing.The host was excellent, with great communication before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking, and we really appreciated having beach equipment available to use. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!
