Would equate to a mid tier Marriott in terms of facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive, rooms are clean but somewhat basic. Breakfast is ok but better options around the town. Park in the municipal car park and get it validated! Good value overall. Would stay there again.

Always a great stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel and few times and each time I’m genuinely impressed. The location couldn’t be better—just a 1-minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars, which made everything so convenient. Our room was super comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The service is always exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again

Great hotel right in the middle of downtown. Our room was great, newly renovated. I was a little worried about noise being so close to the elevator but I could barely hear anything from the room and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best night’s sleep in a hotel I ever had!

The entrance & lobby smelled like it had years of cigarettes. The blankets on the beds were essentially sheets, so my first night I was unable to sleep because I needed something with some weight to it. Thankfully I asked & got one the 2nd night.

I originally made a 3 night reservation from Friday to Monday morning. A week before my trip I discovered I had to return for business reasons on Sunday. I called Expedia to request a change to my reservation and I was told by the associate that he would attempt to contact the hotel manager to have this approved. I received an emails few days later informing me that the hotel manager could not be reached. When I was at the hotel I spoke to the hotel manager and was told there was never a request regarding my reservation change request. I think I will use Kayak or Hotels.com or some other travel service in the future instead of Expedia. Poor service and follow-thru on your part. Francis Schissler
