Great location for outdoor activities

Pour : Outdoor activites. Condo full equiped and clean , well decorated.
Contre : The main room was ok but the sofa-bed in the living was not enough confirtable. Brooken chair outside on the terrasse.
Emplacement : Outdoor sports, visiting village, shop, antique and Mass zmoca museum at North Adams.
We have stayed in the Snow mountain condo. Great place for skiing of course but also mountain biking, cycling, tennis, etc..not far away Mass Moca contempory art museum (north adams mass.) Acces to sport center and outdoor pool and jacuzzi

SMELLY
Publié le 10 août 2018 sur HotelsWe were very disappointed,the check in went smooth,but the condo itself was very disappointing.The minute we walked in the building it smelled terrible.Had no clue it was a basement condo or never would of booked it. The linen and couch itself smelled moldy and musty..there was a huge rip in the slider screen.Being a very hot and muggy night the mosquitoes were terrible.We checked out the next day and had to find another place to stay. Being from Massachusetts,we had no clue where to go.We definitely would not go here again

Nice place but in serious need of updating

Pour : The location was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Had good plates, glasses and silverware.
Contre : At the very least put a new mattress on a condo that's being rented out! I could deal with a dated decor if I can sleep comfortably.
Emplacement : Right on ski slopes (in season great location; off season you can bike, hike, or get around pretty easily)
The location is beautiful - right on the slopes of Mount Snow. It's a great location. We were there off-season so it was quiet.
Our room was clean and nice enough, but the decor is from the 1980s and very dated. Cabinets, bathroom, appliances (the microwave had instructions for softening cream cheese - haven't seen that in a while). The bed was terrible. It felt like we were in the pull-out bed of a camper. I woke up sore both nights. There was no support and I half-joked to my wife the mattress was probably from the 80s as well.
I could have gotten past everything except the bed. It was the one thing that seriously detracted from a very pleasant weekend.
Food in the deli is jaw droppingly expensive...a cheeseburger, soda and cookie set me back almost $20. I could have gone grocery shopping and got two or three meals out of that much. (Maybe this is the norm but I was here off season and don't ski)

Rooms are stuck in the 80s.
Publié le 22 mars 2018 sur ExpediaCheck in is a nightmare. I first went to the hotel where they sent me to the snow lodge to check in. From the snow lodge you have to drive again to get to the condos. Doing this at night is confusing. To make matters worse the room numbering is cryptic. They need to make this easier.
Rooms are run down. Broken furniture worn out carpets. One of the dumpiest places I have ever stayed in.
Also no wifi. No cell service. Even the landline phones will not make a call to the outside world.
Better off staying somewhere else.

Nice Accommodation, Great Location
Publié le 21 mars 2018 sur ExpediaNice clean condo, walk-able to the slopes. We would definitely return as the pricing was good, and the experience good as well. Only downside of booking is that check-in is only guaranteed for 6pm day arrival. So if you want to ski day of, you need to park at the Mountain like a day tripper and handle all of your baggage, etc. to check-in later on, in full ski gear after a day of skiing. This was doable, but not optimal for a family with young children.

Thank you for your comments. While it is true that check in time is guaranteed to be no later than 6pm, if your unit is ready earlier, you can check in earlier. During the booking process, you can request your preferred check in time, and we will meet the request if possible.

Not ski on/ski off

Pour : It had a locker for your equipment at the entrance to the condo.
Contre : The appearance was definitely dated.
I was shocked to know that the shuttle didn't operate as frequently during the weekdays. I had thought this was a ski on/ski off condo. This isn't. Luckily, it was located just up the road to the main lodge.
The address to check in was also misleading which was a pain when checking in late at night. The night attendant at the main lodge check-in was rude and not much help...sorry for disturbing your nap or something. Luckily, the security guys were more helpful.
The facility was dated, but functional. For the prices, this condo should have been maintained better. The shuttle to the main lodge should also operate during the week as well as the weekend. I probably will not be returning to Mount Snow any time soon.
