Situated on the 2nd level of the immaculately styled abode, you are greeted with an organically flowing floorplan, a primary bedroom w/full bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, powder room, and a fully equipped, open concept kitchen featuring a 9’ breakfast bar with 4 barstools, stainless-steel appliances, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and flatware (12 sets), and a dining room with a table for up to 10 guests.
