Captain Alexander’s has been in the vacation rental business since 1985. Our five bedroom house recently undergone major improvements and is being often for the 2022 summer season. You will find our 5 Bedroom two story home gives you two living rooms plus 2 cooking areas both indoors and outdoors. Oh and don’t forget your private six person Thermo spa on the deck.

This kitchen holds many of the features of a gourmet kitchen: a large French door extra deep door in door refrigerator and freezer; quality stove with a five burner glass cooktop; and Airfryer. Extra deep under the counter sink and hands free faucet. Large JenAir dishwasher A gourmet kitchen doesn’t have to look like it belongs in a restaurant.
Some gourmet kitchens resemble the setup you’ll find on a Food Network or Cooking Channel show: At Captain Alexander’s you will find top quality cookware a good selection of stainless steel and non-stick frying pans. The captain enjoys his hand at cooking and his first mate is a mixture of French and Italian so you know she enjoy being creative in the kitchen. You will not be disappointed with the top quality utensils and flatware provided here a Captain Alexander’s. We ourselves when traveling have been very disappointed in the kitchens in the various rental properties that we have stayed in over the years so therefore we are very meticulous about what we provide.


Captain Alexander's offers a totally smoke free environment if you or any of your guests smoke please do not book your vacation with the Captain. For your security and safety security Camara’s are in use on the exterior of the property.

You will find a host of activities for kids as well as adults there is go karts, miniature golf, trampolines and a water park all within two minutes of Captain Alexander's Harwich offers theaters for adults as well as nightly entertainment. Oh and of course Nantucket sound beaches with warm water is only a five minute walk.

The Primary renter will need to sign this wavier which will be emailed to you and then returned to us signed.

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FOR USE OF THERMO SPA / Hot Tub
AT CAPTAIN ALEXANDERS WEST HARWICH MASSACHUSETTS: The Primary renter agrees by signing this agreement that he has spoken to and shown this agreement to renter's family members, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees. Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub. Furthermore, agreement is made that no oils, lipstick, or makeup, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. Our hot tub is inspected, chemicals adjusted after each renter has checked out, and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing. Please do not use the hot tub coming from the beach until you showered and removed any suntan lotion and changed your bathing suit. Bathing suits can and will collect sand and sand will get into the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the hot tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00 Damage to the cover will result in a $400 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Renter agrees that there will be no children that are in diapers or potty training in the hot tub. No horseplay in the hot tub, as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Renter agrees that within one hour of arrival, renter will report any problems or questions with the hot tub to Captain Alexander’s at 706-363-6097 The renter further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Captain Alexander’s, and it’s owners, agents and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage. The agreement and release is hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the renter and Vacation Rental By Owner with whom you may have booked Captain Alexander’s. In the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal. By signing this document, the renter acknowledges and represents that (s)he has read the terms hereof and understands the legal effect of his/her signature. HOT TUB GUIDELINES: ▪ YOU ARE USING THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. ▪ PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART DISEASE, DIABETES OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS, AND ELDERLY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE A HOT TUB OR SPA WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S PERMISSION. ▪ WE DO NOT ADVISE YOUNG CHILDREN TO USE THE HOT TUB. In the event that you allow a minor to use the HOT TUB, they must BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES. ▪ HOT TUB TEMPERATURES CANNOT BY LAW EXCEED 104 DEGREES. ▪ NEVER USE A HOT TUB OR SPA ALONE. ▪ LIMIT TIME IN THE HOT TUB OR SPA TO NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES NO GLASS PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER IN OR AROUND HOT TUB. ▪ DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB OR SPA IF THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS MORE THAN 104 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. ▪ THE HIGH WATER TEMPERATURE IN A HOT TUB OR SPA WILL ACCELERATE DROWSINESS. IF A PERSON HAS CONSUMED ALCOHOL OR IS TAKING DRUGS, WILL INCREASE THE RISK OF DROWNING.
