Located in the West Shore neighborhood of West Haven, CT-- 15 minutes from New Haven and Yale--the house features a large Sound-facing deck, bay windows, and window seats, an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, and driveway parking. The wide, sandy, almost unknown and barely populated West Haven beaches are a mere 7-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) down the hill. Pet-friendly, ideal for a couple or a family, ideal for a sabbatical. If you want it past May 31, that's negotiable too.
