Great guys weekend in West Jeff! Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Our group enjoyed all of the games, porches and hot tubs.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding! The property was beautiful and in a great location close to town. We were able to walk into the quaint downtown for coffee! The house was beautiful and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

View that leaves you breathless

Mountain cabin with lots of space, game room, porches on three levels, hot tub with view on mountains. Small detail in criticism: With 7 people staying for 10 days the hot tub should have been cleaned once in between. Otherwise this stay was simply awesome !

Great stay at a wonderful fun house

Everything was great. The hot tub and all aspects of the house were clean. The only thing is that it is advertised as a 4 bedroom but the 4th bedroom is a murphy bed in the basement with all the fun games and ping pong tables. It does have 4 full baths which was nice with a lot of adults. Other than that I will stay here again. The property management team were very responsive and great to work with.

We love the views at this house-unbelievable! Our only negative was that 3 bedrooms on the middle floor had to share 1 bathroom. Possibly the master huge closet could house 1/2 or full bath.

This place is great! Very clean and entertaining, we never got bored. The upstairs (living room and kitchen) is very spacious. The only complaint I would have is that the middle floor there are 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom, but we made it work. Having 3 decks was wonderful as well as the game room and hot tub. Super great space and would highly consider renting here again! Also, we took a Honda Civic and had no problem driving up the mountain... it is a paved road most of the way until the last 1/2 a mile or so.

Relaxing cabin with amazing views

Cozy cabin with plenty to offer. This home is located in a secluded area with incredible views from all three decks on the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the downstairs playroom was a hit with the pool table and air hockey. I would tell everyone that the steps to go down to the middle and bottom level are a little steep and can be hard on the knees for senior adults. Definately listen to needing 4 wheel drive during winter months because it is a climb up to the cabin. Our family loved the cabin and would stay here again. It was so peaceful. All the rustic decor was so cute and really added to our stay. We only wished we could stay longer.

Nice House and Great Location

Jasmine Heights was a cute house that was very clean. We had a girls' trip there this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The electrical breaker tripped, this caused us to have no heat/air or use of the downstairs gameroom after the first time. We finally figured out how to get it to work on the day qe left. Would have loved to have had a coffee table in the living room and additional chairs for the kitchen table, as there were only 6, and we were 8 people. No shampoo or conditioner provided, and most of us didnt realize that. Would be a nice and inexpensive touch for guests. Recommend to those who stay here to pay the extra $25 to have your trash removed because you can only leave two 13-gallon trash bags in the cans outside when you leave. With 8 people over 3.5 days, we had far more bags and didn't want to drive to the dump to dispose of them. Overall a great stay but would not recommend for older or physically challenged people. The stairs we many, and steep inside. Thanks for sharing your home with us. The views were incredible!

One Helluva Come Back!

Withing 1 hour of arriving to the property from Indiana, I received a phone call from the property manager stating that the rented property was unavailable due to water issues. I was initially very disappointed because the rental had everything that we were looking for and offered complete serenity and privacy. Jennifer from the property management company called to break the bad news. She was very professional and was sympathetic to our situation. She offered us Jasmine Heights as a substitute, and we accepted. Then, WOW!!! We pulled up to this amazing mountain home and were so excited! The house beautiful inside and out! All of the amenities were included. Lots of extras! Board games (Sequence is the best)! Game room! Pool table, air hockey, darts, arcade games! Hot tub was amazing! Views were amazing! West Jefferson was amazing! Thank you to Carolina Mountain Properties for their swift efforts to save our trip! Thanks to Jennifer for picking Jasmine Heights for our amazing Honeymoon experience!
