Living Room:

Relax in the spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch and a TV with cable for your entertainment. The open layout flows into the dining area, complete with a table and six chairs, perfect for family meals.

Kitchen:

The kitchen boasts a huge island and is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, making meal prep a breeze.

Balcony:

Step out onto your private balcony, where you’ll find a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, along with a BBQ and utensils for grilling while overlooking the stunning lake and pool.

Bedrooms:

This condo features three cozy bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms each have queen beds and dressers for your belongings. The master bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV, along with direct access to the balcony for a serene view of the pool.

Bathrooms:

Enjoy a separate bathroom featuring both a shower and a tub, ensuring everyone has space to unwind after a day of fun.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity centre. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing.

Pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Barona Beach is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone at Barona!
