Cute cabin

Really cute clean cabin. Everything we needed for our couple days of hiking in the area. The upstairs get very warm so the extra a/c unit up there was definitely needed. Well taken care of property and its super cute .

Cute cabin! Everything was new and clean. Great location for rock climbing, red river gorge activities, and even Louisville (2 hr drive) must see Louisville slugger factory tour and Churchill Downs. Also, Bourbon trail in Louisville. Nice day trip there. The lake was nearby for fishing as well. Game room was a nice touch.

Lake/boating weekend

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is amazing. The host has thought of everything and even left us some snacks and coffee. We were a group of seven adults, enjoying a boating and skiing weekend. We were only 20 minutes from our favorite marina. The home is immaculately clean. Everything was wonderful and so cozy. The game room is a fantastic touch and offered plenty of activities for us in the evenings. Highly recommend. Beautiful place!

We love this cabin

My family had a great time and are begging to come back every summer. Everything was clean and worked great. They had everything we needed to cook or grill or roast marshmallows by the fire pit. The master bed is small but soft and comfortable so we were able to make that work. We definitely plan to come back.

We would book again!! I would have given a five star only that we found that the bedding was ok for my 3 grandsons, but for adult bedding was challenging for 3 adult couples. Overall beautiful place to stay and was well pleased.

Cozy Cabin Stay

My family and I loved this cabin!!! The game room and the hot tub were a hit with the kids. I enjoyed the swinging chairs off the back of the garage to sit and read. The host made sure I recieved the message with directions to access the property. I would only recommend upgrading the double bed with a bigger bed. We had a great time!!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully appointed. The hosts thought of everything and were very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The hot tub was super nice and relaxing. We loved the game room it would be a perfect place to entertain the kids. The wifi worked perfectly as did the smart TV. Perfect family getaway

This property is absolutely stunning! My family and I had a wonderful getaway here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We especially loved spending quality time together in the game room—it was a highlight of our stay! I highly recommend this property for both couples and families! Lacking amenities listed

Very disappointed!! Not worth the price tag, amenities listed were not available or put together so shotty you couldn’t use them! When I escalated the manner to the “host” I was informed I was just “not turning the right knob”. During our stay both nights even after “host” “troubleshoot” the hot tub only 50% of the jets worked, it remained between 40-60 degrees all weekend and the fireplaces didn’t work and we’re told “the gas company wouldn’t turn it on” but yet advertises fireplace-living space. I don’t appreciate booking a location specifically for hot tub and fireplace to not get appropriate access to hot tub and fire place I would not have wasted my money on this location if I knew the amenities don’t work. Oh and the foosball table is set up wrong too fyi

Family Getaway (Go Eagles!)

The purpose of our trip was to bring family to a Morehead State football game. My nephew is on the team and we wanted to show some support for him and the team. He also wanted to take advantage of us being in the area, so we could visit, and cook for him. The property was exactly as advertised and Hershel is a fantastic host! The communication for check in and all of the amenities made it so easy for us to set this trip up for the family. One of the other great details
our host was very gracious by putting out some snacks, and other items that you don’t always get from other hosts. We were very happy and impressed with the property and the host and will certainly be back next football season!!

Great getaway!

What a great place! The cabin is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. So many little details that made this a 5 star stay! We spent a lot of time in the game room, enjoyed a fire each night, and relaxed in the hot tub:) The furnishing are all beautiful and very comfortable! It was a great weekend getaway!
