We were initially very upset with the hotel (they charged us a$100.00 deposit because we booked through a third party). It was the only hotel we have stayed at who did this (10-12 different trips in 12 months). Other than that we found a lot of stains on the underside of the comforter on the bed. On the bright side - the room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast had real eggs and the sausage was delicious. Food was so good that the local police eat there. All in all it is a hotel we would stay at again.

cleaners need supervision

Overwhelming smell of disinfectant in room. TV remote worked sporadically , like it needed batteries. For a newish place, not good. Cleaning staff needs to understand that disinfectant is not being used correctly

The staff was great but our room this time and air coming through the window and made a LOUD Whistling noise that was unbearable the lady at the desk came to listen and as soon as she walked in the across the room from the window she heard it and said for us to tell Expedia and they would get intouch with them about the incident they have it on computer and said we should be accommodated and to keep a check said Expedia would have to contact them because I went through Expedia they would have to reimburse them and Expedia would in return reimburse us we have stayed at this motel before and had no problems. This was just an isolated incident in this one room.
