3 bedroom home located at Cypress and Vancil. 1 primary bedroom suite with king bed and attached bathroom in addition to 2 standard bedrooms with queen bed and shared bathroom. Free parking with 2 car garage and ample driveway. Centrally located near I-20 with a 10-30 minute drive to all major hospitals, medical facilities, ULM, and entertainment.
Included: 7 exterior cameras, monthly interior exterior pest control, biweekly lawn care, laundry room, parking, outdoor patio, and 1000 mbp Wi-Fi.

The space
All bedrooms have bamboo sheets, down pillows, down comforter, velvet quilt, sunlight alarm clock, bluetooth speaker, top-down blackout shades, 3 lamps, all neutral soft white lighting, luggage rack, dresser, closet organizers to maximize space, bedside standard usb and usb-c plugin, ceiling fan to manage room temperature and designated reading nook. Throughout the home you'll enjoy a cocktail lounge that can double as a workspace (has glass door for privacy), fully stocked coffee bar, outdoor furnished patio, mudroom to land your belongings, 72" smart TV with mantel mount so TV can come down for comfortable watching, a 52" smart TV in the primary bedroom, dining for 7, and laundry room with new washer dryer and hanging rack to air-dry delicate garments.

Great set up. Master on one side if house with 2 bedrooms on the other. Kitchen and living room in middle. Clean. Kitchen has plenty of dishes/utensils for a meal. Do bring garbage bags and washing machine necessities. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Quite area of neighborhood. Would stay again!

Quiet home, nice touches

We appreciated the good communication from Sara the host. Loved the fact that all the lighting makes the home feel warm and welcoming. Also the USB charging outlets on each nightstand was a huge plus. Everything was very clean, and the home was very quiet. Comfortable beds, and everything was to our liking. Make sure to read the property details in the VRBO app all the way through on this listing, for information about coffee and door locks, as well as other valuable details. The info is there, you just have to look for it. :-) All in all, a great stay.

Love! Love! Love!

The property was fantastic! Super clean. The beds were perfect! The decor was even better in person! I felt very secure. I really loved the fresh ground coffee. If we ever come back to Monroe this is were I want to stay!

Perfect Place for Pictures

Our son was married the weekend we stayed. The house is beautiful and made an excellent backdrop for our "wedding prep" pictures.
