1) Infants/children are welcome however, being child friendly does not mean the area is Child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries that take place on the property.

2) You agree to know and agree to the following fees:

A) Late checkout: Any late checkout without prior request AND approval, WILL result in a $50 fee starting, and an additional $50 for every half hour after.

B) Smoking is strictly prohibited. If caught smoking in the home, a fee of $50 will be charged for each day of the violation.

C) Pet Fee: for each stay by prior request AND approval.

3) If guests are found to have a party/gathering/event without the host's permission, guests will be responsible for an extra 50$ charge per additional person on the premises over the maximum sleeping occupancy limit.

5) You ensure you have a crime-free record and won't carry any weapons on the property.

6) If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged.

7) A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

8) You agree to be booked in goodwill and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occurs.

9) If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible for covering the resulting costs

10) PARKING: PARKING: Please prioritize parking on the driveway and/or free curbside parking in front of the home.

11) Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are left unopened/unused. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

12) Bicycles: we do not hold any responsibility for their use. Guests use them at their own risk.

13) Please keep the home tidy and respectful. Such as leaving shoes at the entrance, washing dishes, and keeping the noise down past the quiet hours of 10:00 PM. Thank you!

The Finer Things 1.

While this is a lovely property in a great old neighborhood in West Palm Beach, here's why I gave this place a 2. 1. Check in was rough, I was given the wrong codes and had to call into support for assistance. It was pouring rain when I arrived and the house has no awning at the front door. 2. The AC/lack of ceiling fans. We had a small group of 5 for a business meeting and found that even when the house was set to a low temp, the house had no air flow, so especially at night - everyone with the exception of the person in the one room with a fan and the person in the guest house was hot. Invest in ceiling fans or at the very least offer them at an option inside the home.3. Wear and Tear: There are some beautiful aspects of this home - gorgeous floors but obvious wear and tear with scuffs on wall, paint chips, low quality towels and sheets and the living room furniture could use some refreshing. Invest in the property and its features. It goes a long way. 4. Master Bedroom: The bed was old and lumpy! I attempted to be a good guest and strip down the sheets on check-out day, pulled back the mattress cover and saw the most disgusting heavily stained mattress I'd ever seen in my life. I didn't even want to take a picture of it. It was absolutely disgusting and I was furious that I had personally laid on it during my stay. We weren't 100% sold on the property during our stay and this final discovery absolutely sealed the deal.I would never stay again.

We had a great stay, house was nice and clean with everything we needed. Nice and quiet area and close to the ocean. Only problem, the door code didn’t work when we got there. Had to contact renter who responded quickly and got us in within 15 minutes. Overall we LOVED this property and would rent it again.

The house is beautiful. There was a problem with key codes provided. I was given new codes that worked after a call and email, but it delayed our entry to the house about 20 minutes.

Great house, loved the guest cottage flexibility and the location being very close to all things downtown in West Palm. The property manager was attentive and responsive, very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
