OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

• We have a minimum age requirement of 30 y/o to be able to book the property.
• Upon booking, we require a photocopy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.
• Check-in is After 4 pm - UNLESS you obtain prior written authorization.
• No more than 10 people allowed at the property at any time.
• Outdoor music must be kept low and must end by 8:00 PM. Music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate.

PET POLICY

• Up to 2 pets allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing any animals.

SECURITY

• Outdoor security cameras monitor the perimeter and driveways for safety. Tampering with cameras may result in a visit to address the issue.

PARKING

• A maximum of 10 cars is allowed. RV parking is available upon request. No Street Parking.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

• Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and at the host's discretion. While we always try to accommodate, we can't guarantee them, and it may involve an extra charge depending on the circumstances. Please confirm with us ahead of time.

HOUSE RULES

• Treat this home like it’s your own. No loud noise or unauthorized gatherings. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

• Guests must clean the BBQ grill and kitchen oven after use. Failure to clean these amenities will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!

CANCELLATION POLICY

• We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. There are no refunds or reschedules without travel insurance. For any concerns regarding potential cancellations or changes, including health issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

GUEST POLICY

• Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Only the booked number of guests is permitted.

NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER

• Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property. If found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

• This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana, is allowed indoors.
