This was an awesome experience. Me and my family felt right at home. Your home was so nice and comfortable. Check in was simple, but we did not receive checkin/ checkout instructions. The location was very convenient. Overall a great experience.

Clean, chic and great communication

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here while he was working at the nearby Rybovich marina, which was within walking distance. The host was extremely flexible and had great communication. The home was clean, plenty of space and a nice outdoor area to relax with our dog. It had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. and I would definitely recommend this property. The area is up and coming as new little coffee shops and yoga studios are starting to pop up nearby. Some sections of the neighborhood can look a little sketchier than others but nothing too worrisome.

Very bad experience

The properties pictures look good however what you do not see is the problem. We had to wait to check in because cleaning was running late. The neighborhood was not the best. BUT THE SMELL. When walked in it was obvious something was wrong. The location was obviously recently fumigated or bug bombed. Not only was the smell terrible but we still saw roaches in the front bedroom. I have never left a bad VRBO review. This was my worst experience so far. I think what if there were children in our group? I do not understand how someone can expose others to conditions like this. This will be my last VRBO visit. We left early, I caught an uber at 2:00 AM to escape the stench.

Friends to watch Cardinals’ baseball

We booked this duplex in West Palm Beach so that we could go to Jupiter and watch the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball in spring training and to see a few things in Miami. Perfect location - easy to get to and from everywhere we wanted to go. 5 block walk to see boats in the harbor. And a bedroom and on suite bath for each of us. The duplex had everything we needed and was immaculate! My only concern was a delay in getting check in instructions. I usually receive check in instructions 24 hours before scheduled arrival. When I did not I contacted VRBO and shortly thereafter our host called. She sounded terribly sick, apologized and promptly sent instructions before our arrival time. Our host did text during our stay to insure we had all we needed and asked if we had any questions. Would definitely rent this duplex again.
