Poor customer service

At check-in we found out that they wouldn’t take a cash app debit card or any type of card like that. Which was fine. But we gave them a credit card, they charged it and then called our room a day later at 11:00PM and told us we didn’t pay. Also asked us if we were extending our stay. No one could explain the confusion and we did keep our receipt. We won’t stay at this location again.

I left my electric toothbrush and my iphone charger and I could never get my items back. They said they couldn’t find it. Im very disappointed. When I was having breakfast I left my phone on the table to get something very quick for the counter someone said Id never leave it here. Ill never go back to the place again.

The front desk lady was so unfriendly, looked angry, kinda rude I asked her if I had to take the stairs to go to the second floor and she said yes, I was lucky somebody walking by told me there was an elevator near by, I am a Veteran with disabilities I am pretty sure the add said shuttle to the airport available but didn’t say you have to pay for it. Very disappointed

Good location

The lady at check in acted half asleep, could not hear her mumbling, and was not very friendly. The lady at breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was clean and good. The lady at the desk at check out was friendly. The room was clean. It was humid in the room but it is south Florida so I was not surprised.
