The main house features 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The detached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and overlooks the expansive swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Villa Ardmore is located in the Flamingo Park Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District, adjacent to downtown. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and the rejuvenated downtown area "The Square" (City Place), with its pedestrian zone of restaurants, shops and boutiques, are all within 20 minutes walking distance. The nearest beaches are a 5-10 minute drive or 15-20 minute bike ride.

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
