Whether you seek relaxation indoors or wish to immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of the lake, pool, and hot tub, our property caters to your desires. For those with an adventurous spirit, indulge in thrilling activities like jet-skiing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and even fishing directly from our private boat dock.

-- Outdoor Oasis:

- Experience the delights of boating, kayaking, and an array of water sports in the serene comfort of your own backyard. Our private boat dock and boat slip open up boundless possibilities for aquatic enjoyment, and we offer complimentary kayaks for your pleasure. For a fun day on the water, guests may also enjoy jetskiing and other water sports on the lake. However, please note that we do not provide or rent out jetskis or other watercraft—only our 11-passenger pontoon boat is available for rent, by advance reservation only and subject to availability.

- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, complete with comfortable lounge chairs beside the waterfront pool featuring a hot tub. A gazebo with a table and chairs offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The pool is maintained using state-of-the-art saltwater technology with a salt-chlorine generator, providing a gentler, more skin-friendly alternative to traditional chlorine systems.

- Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Guests have the option to add pool and hot tub heating for added comfort during their stay.

. Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating: For $55 per day, the pool will be heated throughout the day to a comfortable 86°F, and the hot tub will be warmed to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and available daily from 4 PM to 10 PM.

. Hot Tub Only: If you prefer to heat just the hot tub, this option is available for $30 per night (4 PM to 10 PM).

This service is optional and must be prepaid for the entire length of your stay. If not selected, the pool will remain at its natural (unheated) temperature and the hot tub will not be turned on.

Additionally, a propane grill is available for cooking outdoors, and we provide beach chairs for you to take on your beach excursions.

This home features 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 3 master suites with private en-suite baths. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Please note: The maximum occupancy of 14 guests is based on double occupancy per bed (king and queen beds). It is the guest’s responsibility to review the bedroom configurations carefully to ensure they are suitable for their group. No additional beds will be provided beyond what is shown or described in the listing.

Each bedroom is outfitted with a 55” 4K Smart HDTV, ceiling fan, and premium linens, pillows, and towels. Complimentary toiletries—including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and toilet paper—are also provided for your comfort.

We provide an array of cookware, silverware, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, as well as both Keurig and regular coffee makers. Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and various spices are available for your convenience.

Our in-house laundry room offers 2 washers and 2 dryers located in the garage for your use. An iron and ironing board are conveniently located in the bedroom closet.

Guest Count & Visitors
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest beyond 10 (up to the 14-person limit) is $30 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.

Parking
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

Pets
Furry friends are welcome with prior approval—just let us know in advance.
