The room was not clean at all. Totally disgusting including the bedding. Bathroom was the dirties of all. Staff was lacing everything. Not sure there was even a staff working. Only saw them when I checked in and the next morning when I rang the bell to ask for coffee. And let’s talk about that…no breakfast at all. It was included in the price and even advertised. They had coffee in the.pump carafes and it was left over from the day before. I like iced coffee, but not first thing in the morning. I fully expect a hotel to at least have coffee. Nope. Was told they didn’t have any more. Why didn’t the manager go down the street to the store and purchase some? You would really want your guests happy, I would think. But the man thing was they don’t care. Not at all. She just shrugged her shoulders and went back into the office. Then came back out and said that Loves Truck Stop was right there. She acted like I interrupted her nap or woke her up. It was also apparent they didn’t care because all of the trash cans on the outside were full beyond capacity. So I paid for nothing. I couldn’t sleep in the bed, no comforter, dirty sheets. Didn’t get a breakfast or coffee. The tv is all over the air channels so nothing good nor is the quality worth looking at. Not sure what the heck I paid for.
