This splendid home boasts a sunny back patio with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella and a gas BBQ - the ultimate barbecuing spot! Treat your loved ones to delicious grilled masterpieces and revel in memorable feasts alfresco. Upon entering this air-conditioned vacation rental, you will encounter a beautiful open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Come back home from a refreshing time at the private neighborhood beach to spread out comfortably in the living area, furnished to provide endless comfort and a wonderful place to unwind. Stream favorite movies and series on the smart TV and enjoy a tranquil evening at home. When mealtime comes, prepare memorable homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which also happens to offer a stackable washer/dryer. All bedrooms are located upstairs, so keep in mind you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach them.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
