Average 1 night stay.

Overall type place was pretty clean. Service was average for todays times. Desk clerks were pretty involved being on the phone when asked a question. Bed was very squeaky just the sitting on it, and more so when sleeping and turning over. It snow a couple days before our stay and the parking lot was still very slippery when walking to the car. only the doorways were cleaned up. During checking out my wife left her phone in the room. So I found an employee cleaning one of the room so she could open the door to get the phone. She handed me her key to go open it myself and then I had to return the key to her. Not very secure!

People in other rooms fighting. Staff did nothing about this.
