The property was clean but very old. In the hallway there were holes in the floor under the carpet that caused me to almost sprain my ankle. One of the elevators were out of service. The room had a couch which had numerous stains and the table had burn marks on it. They need an overall renovation..

I adore this hotel. It's the only one I stay in when I am in Long Island. No other hotel companies too. The amenities, the cleanliness, the quietness and the staff. Beyond friendly and accommodating. I do love this hotel

I was very please that the room, junior suite was exactly how it was in tge picture. Rooms were cozy an clean. Disappointed that elevator ride was always smokey, not just frim a possible former traveler. The smell seemed to permiate the carpet in the elevator Also disappointed no netflix YouTube option Overall stay was comfortable.

We checked in late (1130 pm) and they had oversold the two bed rooms so we got a king bed room w a pull out couch. There was no extra bedding in the room to use the pull out. The entire floor smelled like marijuana and it was so strong it was almost unbearable. Our tub was moldy looking around the drain and there was hair on our clean towels. We did not request a room change bc it was so late and we were only there for 10 hours so needed to get to sleep.
