The apartment has its own driveway with parking space. The apartment has its own entrance and a separate spacious south-facing terrace with an uninterrupted view of the field. The cozy modern furnished apartment has a new high-quality fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There is a TV in the living area and a second TV in the bedroom. An independent WLAN network belongs to the apartment. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower at ground level and a large towel radiator. In the living area there is a comfortable corner sofa that invites you to linger and in the dining area there is a spacious dining table. The apartment was completely renovated and completed in 2022.



Our Resthof is located in a quiet, secluded location in Westerholz in the Dollerupholz district on the Flensburg Fjord. The natural beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. You can experience great hikes on the Fördesteig. The hiking trail is 70 km long and leads from the Danish border to the open Baltic Sea at Kappeln. Start your hike from our property, as the Fördesteig runs right past our property. You can experience other interesting hikes on the Holnis peninsula, on the Geltinger Birk, in the Habernisser Moor and in the Langballigau valley. An exciting destination is the rum town of Flensburg with its historic courtyards and museum ships. The moated castle in Glücksburg, which rises majestically out of the water, is reminiscent of a true fairytale castle and invites you on an exciting journey into the past. Speaking of the past: what was country life like in the past? This is impressively demonstrated in the Angeln Landscape Museum in Langballig/Unewatt.
