Stayed at the hotel for one night, there was hairs in the bed and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, then to top it off woke up in the morning only to have no hot water so couldn't shower. I left straight away and won't be staying again on my next trip.

The property is very well run by attentive & friendly staff. Although we didn't use all the facilities as we only stayed one night there was lots to do at the hotel including a spa experience, games room, bar & lots more. The breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked but as I'm vegan the choice was limited. I would highly recommend this hotel as it's in a very convenient location opposite the beach & close to shops & restaurants & bars.

The room 117 was tiny for myself, my husband and daughter, but as we have family down there and it was a last minute booking we weren't too worried. We itched all night and sadly on waking on day two were covered in bites - in straight lines - i reported potential bed bugs. The bathroom was tiny and very like a caravan bathroom. Staff were very friendly

The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Plenty to offer, Americsn smokehouse restaurant on site providing superb meals. Buffet breakfast was best we have had in a hotel. Would definatley stay again.

Tiny single room

The hotel was fi e and well.presented with really good staff, i had a single room which i have booked before, however room.107 was little more tha a converted cupboard, it had everything but i would not use this again

Great location, clean and cosy room, shower very small for me being 6ft 3, but made do as only stayed for 1 night. Got charged twice, paid once through Expedia and then charged by hotel about 30 mins after check in, reception girl was apologetic but didn’t offer anything in form of compensation for inconvenience, still awaiting refund

Staff were great. Good hotel location Bedroom walls are extremely thin, we hardly slept as we really heard other guests. Doors need soft closing mechanism as lots of banging doors very early in the morning.

Maintenance general standard.

Fantastic staff lad on reception was a credit to the company as were all the staff. Room was clean and tidy . But kettle half full from previous tenants. Carpet stains curtains had broken rings . Wardrobe had pillows and quilt stored in a heap on the floor. Would be better stored in a zip bag . Difficult to get water for the kettle as to big to fit in the wash hand basin . Shower tray heavily stained. Balcony. Chairs dirty and falling apart .

Average for the money

Cups and spoon filthy in the room, milk was a month past the best before date, don’t want to think what was in the sink plug hole, but didn’t look pleasant, stone cold shower and trust me I tried everything to get it remotely warm. The bar was busy and the staff were friendly, I didn’t eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. parking a nightmare where you had to double park and block other guests in, you were expected to leave your car key at reception, I guess this was so they could move your car if someone wanted to get out early. Would I stay again?…. No.
