Make some memories at this unique and family friendly place. Comfy, has all amenities, 4 mins walk to beach, spot the tuis, plenty of birdsong, green outlook to hill in distance, mature pohutukawa trees at front, big gum trees next door, habitat for tuis and other birds. You'll feel instantly relaxed and at home. Chill i our 4 lazyboys chairs, comfy couch to stretch out on. Little bit retro, fabulous shower pressure, dishwasher, woodburner if cold, lots of fans if hot, gas bbq, separate toilet, convenient location, short walk to surf club and Williamson Park. It's a 100 sq mtr house plus sleepout, two bedrooms in house. Sleepout has 2 sets of bunks and a king single with single trundler underneath which can be set up to be a king size bed. Really good walk-in shower with hand rail, separate toilet with hand rail. Kindling and wood provided for woodburner. Wooden stand by clothesline for bbqing. Good size chest freezer in sleepout, good size fridge/freezer in kitchen. Deck with huge sun umbrella that swivels, 2 carparks in section, 1 on grass verge. Child's swing on section. Good size tv, dvd & cd player/radio. Dishwasher, beach access beside house. Dishwasher pdr and dishwashing liquid provided. Some laundry detergent to get you started, Liquid handwash, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner and handy towels provided. Sleeps 10, no pets. Nice size deck with shade. Tea towels, dish cloths, face cloths, towels, bath mats provided. Sheets and pillow cases provided if required and all beds can be made up ready for you.
