There is one bathroom with shower, toilet & basin which is accessed from the hallway or the master bedroom, the lounge has plenty of seating with a TV and there is a bright dining area with table and chairs, the kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favourite holiday meals. Off the lounge is a large balcony area with BBQ and outdoor sofa a great place to kickback and watch the sunset! There is parking for a car on the grass area.

Whiritoa has only a couple of hundred permanent residents, over summer bach owners and holiday makers head here to enjoy the peace and quiet. It is located about 2 hours from Auckland and in between Waihi and Whangamata. There is a convenience store if you need to stock up and there is a library if you need to get some summer reading done! Whiritoa Beach is a surf beach and is a bit dodgy for swimming the surf lifeguards patrol during the summer and you must swim between the flags, at the north end of the beach is a lagoon which is a lot safer for swimming. if you keep walking past the lagoon there is a short walk to Waimama Bay which has gorgeous white sand and chrystal clear waters, along the beach are New Zealand's Christmas trees the Pohutukawa which in summer bursts with red flowers, this area is a photographer's dream. Whiritoa is the place to be if you are wanting a chill vibe, a great place to unwind.
