Great home, listing was as described. I've stayed in this area before and always appreciate that I can get to the village quickly - either by walking or using the shuttles - but I'm not staying right in the village which can get really loud. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Debbieâs place was perfect for our short snowboarding trip! The location, cleanliness, and just the overall coziness of the home made the trip very pleasant. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
The unit was exactly as advertised. In fact, I believe the unit was nicer than the pictures. We arrived at night in the pouring rain. The driver did not drop us off in front of the unit. Initially, the unit was hard to locate because the signage on the property was not good and visibility was poor. Turns out the unit was around the back of the building. The property manager responded by phone immediately. She was so sweet and helpful. Then, she called and texted me a little later to see how we were. The unit at 9 Valhalla was across the street from the major Fresh Market. But it closes at 8 PM. The free shuttle bus was also across the street. So, transportation to the village and resort was no problem. We walked to the village. It was about a 10-minute walk. I would not recommend walking to the lifts. Lots of very nice dining within 10 minutes of walking. The unit was very clean. The unit was recently renovated. The bathrooms were remodeled. The giant screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, cups, pans, salt, pepper, coffee filters, and eating utensils. There was not a lot of extra spices or oils to cook with. Got to say, Lucy and Debbie at Whistler Breaks were amazing, exceedingly helpful in planning this trip. They were available on-line and by phone to help with dining, transportation and other activities. Thank you!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!!!
Excellent location- right across the street from the Marketplace grocery store, several nice restaurants and just a short walk to the Village Center/lifts. Condo is set up well with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Host was very responsive when we needed assistance. Would definitely stay again
Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom. Nicely renovated and furnished. Very comfortable. Kitchen is small but has all the items we needed to do many of our meals
Absolutely loved the condo, had everything we needed to make our stay super comfortable. Was spacious, had everything in the kitchen, the bedrooms were separated by a floor if someone wanted to sleep early. The access to the village was so close, a 2 minute walk and the shuttle to get you to the gondola was only 3 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
Close to Supermarket, Shuttle to Gondolas, Great for Families!
The condo was exactly as described and so comfortable for our family of 5 (3 kids). The walk to the Marketplace Shuttle was only 2 minutes away and very convenient. The supermarket is the same distance and made it easy to stock up on food, snacks, and drinks.
The condo was cozy and I appreciated the good condition everything was in! Debbie was extremely responsive and easy to work with!
Only thing to note (and this isn't bad, just in case those who have trouble with stairs): This condo is on the second floor and is also 2 levels so we did a lot of walking up and down stairs throughout our stay.
Nice condo, my three kids loved the 2nd bedroom and large bunk bed with pullout below (3 beds). We were out of the really busy area, which we prefer, but could walk there in a few minutes. Great spot!!
