The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the Upper Village as you start the day with coffee in hand, the peaks of Blackcomb rising just beyond the balcony. Boots warm by the door, the fire flickers in the living room, and the gondola is moments away when you are ready to head out. By afternoon, the rhythm of skiing gives way to a soak in the hot tub and an easy evening indoors, watching winter fall outside.
Set slopeside in Woodrun Lodge, this ski-in/ski-out condo places you directly on Merlin’s run, with the Blackcomb Gondola just steps from the building. You are close to Whistler Village yet tucked into a calmer mountain setting, with the option to walk into town or take the free shuttle when the weather turns cold.
Living space
The condo is arranged on a single level with elevator access and no stairs inside. The open living area centers around an indoor fireplace, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings after a day outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light, and the private balcony overlooks the pool area and surrounding slopes, offering a peaceful winter backdrop.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for full meals and easy mornings alike, with a dedicated cooking space and a dining table for shared meals. Whether you are preparing breakfast before the lifts open or settling in for dinner, everything you need to cook and dine is close at hand.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to seven guests across two bedrooms and a den. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and direct balcony access, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and clothing storage. The den includes a tri-bunk bed, creating a flexible sleeping area for children or additional guests. A second bathroom with a shower serves the main living area.
Bathrooms and laundry
Both bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water. In-suite laundry with a washer and dryer makes it easy to manage winter gear during longer stays.
Building amenities
Guests have access to the building’s pool, hot tub, and gym, ideal for unwinding after skiing or staying active on rest days. Ski-in/ski-out access allows you to reach the lifts without driving or paid transportation. The building has an elevator, luggage dropoff, and on-site staff available around the clock. Free parking is available in the garage, with additional street parking nearby.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
