We stayed at Painted Cliff Chalet for a quick summer escape and packed in as much adventure as we could. After days spent hiking and biking the trails, it was amazing to come home to such a comfortable and quiet retreat in the trees.The free shuttle made it easy to get around without a car, and we loved how close everything was while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. The chalet was spotless, cozy, and had a super comfortable bed that made it easy to recover for the next day’s adventure. The private hot tub was the perfect reward after being out on the mountain.The hosts went above and beyond with great restaurant recommendations — Wild Blue and Caramba were highlights. Even though we only stayed two nights, the trip felt like a true recharge. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I had an outstanding stay at the Painted Cliff Chalet. The property was spotless, thoughtfully updated, and offered all the comforts I needed for an active summer retreat in Whistler — including the rare bonus of air conditioning, which made a real difference on warmer days. The space was bright, modern, and tastefully remodeled, creating a comfortable and functional home base.Evenings on the deck were a highlight, with a quality BBQ and stunning mountain views that made it easy to unwind. As a cyclist, I also appreciated the secure and ample bike storage — ideal for anyone bringing their own gear.The location strikes the perfect balance: quiet, surrounded by forest, yet only minutes from the lifts and village amenities. The hosts were excellent — responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the stay seamless. I’d return without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Whistler.

We adored this little cabin, which was perfect for 2 couples. The hot tub is lovely and the location is perfect for ski in/out and close to the bus stop. Hosts and so helpful and kind!

Over the top fantastic Painted Cliff stay

Wow! What an absolute delight to experience this beautiful chalet that Mike and Meaghan are so truly passionate about making it a perfect mountain get away. A Quick Family Getaway

Our family had a great time staying here as we visited the Whistler area for the first time. The owners were great at communicating some maintenance that was happening in the complex. It was very nice of them to provide some treats and a bottle of wine as welcome gifts. We are an outdoorsy family an really enjoyed the proximity to so many hiking and walking paths. The hot tub was a great way to relax after our long days up on the mountain. We hope to visit here again soon.

This is a great property! Has all essentials we needed, perfect location, very comfortable and clean! We stayed during summer month and it was great to have AC as an option if we needed. Great hosts and property management was very responsive! Will definitely refer and recommend!!

Quiet with beautiful views

Mike was very responsive when we first arrived to handle the issues that come up. The condo was a perfect quiet location away from the village. The secure garage was nice. After long days of hiking and biking, we enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for sharing!

Great vacation

Mike truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests enjoy their stay. The location is perfect. An apparently resident bear is an added bonus. One day returning to the condo we ran into him literally sniffing around the bushes by the entrance to the garage. The next day he visited the Blackcomb gondola square throwing quite a show for at least 100 people who enjoyed watching him continue on his way.

Exceptional Stay and Service

I had a wonderful experience staying with Mike and Meaghan in Whistler! It was my first time visiting and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay with more hospitable hosts. The property is private and secluded while being close to the village and everywhere else you would want to go. I was in awe of the exceptional view from the balcony, which coupled with the wonderful hot tub and lovely decor, made my stay even more special. Excited to stay again as soon as I return to Whistler to experience the winter season!

Amazing Whistler Getaway

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Painted Cliff Chalet! Meaghan and Mike were incredible hosts, providing excellent recommendations on what to see/do and outfitting the property with everything we could need. The property was quiet and relaxing while being close proximity to the Village. We loved using the hot tub and couldn’t get over the gorgeous view from the large windows and balcony. Very clean and well-decorated with extremely comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Whistler Getaway

Beautiful, Comfortable Clean Townhouse

Townhouse is really lovely! True to photos. Clean. Kitchen well stocked. Even a Nespresso coffee maker and coffee pods. So nice to have private hot tub on own deck. Owners wonderful to work with. Prompt in communications. Resolved issues quickly. Towels, linens, spa robes, furnishings all high quality. Mattresses topped with memory foam were too soft/squishy for our liking but that's an individual preference and other reviewers seem to find them comfortable.

Ideal condo in every way

Beautiful and perfectly supplied condo with cozy beds, blankets and robes for the private hot tub. We hated to leave! The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a bottle of delicious wine to welcome us. Ski on/ski off, secure covered parking, and 1 min walk to free Whistler shuttle bus. Great wifi signal too. Hosts responded immediately to every question. Key pick up is in Whistler Village which was smooth but a bit difficult as the airport shuttle left us there with all our luggage and we had a long wait for a taxi to the condo. Even so, we give our strongest recommendation to book this fantastic home!

Best VRBO Ever

I have never stayed in a nicer home away, period. Every detail was accounted for - robes, extensive cooking equipment, heated floors in the kitchen, board games, hundreds of movies, Netflix, true ski-in, ski-out access. We loved it! We will definitely be returning if we are in Whistler again.

Perfect home for a perfect vacation

We had such an incredible time. Everything in the home was simply perfect. The hosts attention to detail was amazing especially with the fully stocked kitchen and cleanliness. Perfect Location

Our stay at Mike & Meagan’s Upper Village townhouse was absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean, well supplied and was a true skiers dream. Ski on to your door and a short walk to the slopes to start the day. Will certainly be back.
