Grace on The Bay is a 5 Bedroom 5 Bathroom Estate with over 6000 sqft of Private island paradise living area. Its thoughtfully open and airy designed Mediterranean Architecture, filled with plush and extravagant furniture, is designed to promote relationships and relaxation. As you enter the foyer with soaring ceilings you look ahead towards an expansive wall of windows allowing the beauty of the outside paradise to be brought in. Unobstructed views of the unspoiled ocean beauty can be seen from any part of the open main living area and kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable TV and a DVD player with large collection of DVDs for adults and children.

The kitchen boasts a beautiful design with granite countertops, central island, glass cook top stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel French door refrigerator and water cooler for hot water or ice cold filtered water on demand. Take a seat at the center kitchen island or 6 seater breakfast nook table and engage in lively conversation as dinner is being prepared. Enjoy dinner at a beautiful mahogany dining table with plush seating for six and discuss the enjoyment of the day’s activities.

The master bedroom is fit for a king and queen with its massive king size solid wood 4 poster bed. Solid wood dressers and walk in closet provide plentiful room to store your clothes and personals. The spacious master bath leaves nothing to be desired with his and her sinks, deep, jetted spa tub, and Italian tiled shower with sunflower showerhead and hand held shower wand. All other bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds. The second floor bedroom has a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and wet-bar with its own wine fridge. Past this as a door leading onto a private walk out balcony overlooking the infinity pool, palms swaying in the backyard, and allowing views of beach and turquoise waters for miles. The perfect space to sit and watch the stars in the unadulterated night sky or enjoy a hot cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise to the east and welcome in the new day.

Back on the main floor take a step out of the French doors and the indoor central social area spills out onto a grand terrace with plentiful outdoor furniture and ceiling fans. A beautiful 20 x 30ft infinity pool beckons you into its refreshing water as the sound of the waterfall feature washes away the cares of the day as you soak up the sun. One of two outdoor showers is situated near the pool as well as a granite countertop that can be used as an area to place your beverages as you enjoy the pool or act as a fish cleaning station with its built in sink. Continue walking down the conch shell lined boardwalk toward the beach and you are greeted by a newly custom built gazebo outfitted with electricity and lights. 4 chair hammocks invite you to sit and relax as you survey the beautiful Caribbean water lapping gently only feet away. 4 other hammocks adorn the properties near the oceanside if your desire is to be gently swayed by the wind between two island palms.

The natural beauty of the protected beach lies both in its seclusion and in the clear calmness of the waters. You may spend an entire week on the beach and not see another person! Even young children can safely enjoy their time in the water as the protection of the beach allows for small gentle waves. The off shore waters are of good snorkeling quality. One may see large conch shells and starfish, and if you choose to snorkel farther down at Three Mary's Cays you can see tropical colored fish swimming near the small patches of coral or even an occasional stingray! The powder white sands of Pumpkin Bluff Beach silently invite you to meander down the beach as you watch the sunset; hues of golden, orange and pink sinking into the Caribbean waters.

A number of small cafes and restaurants can be found on North and Middle Caicos. North and Middle Caicos tends to see quite a few day trip visitors, so most restaurants are open for lunch Monday through Saturday. Overnight guests may find the dining options to be a bit more limited. We advise making reservations for such times. Most establishments on North and Middle Caicos are closed on Sunday. A few may open by reservation, so consider calling ahead. Silver Palm Restaurant and Bar, located in Whitby a short walk right down the road from Grace on the Bay is open 7 days a week.
