Host was unresponsive to initial questions about place. Check-in instructions came very late after I inquired. We found out after check-in time passed that the property was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. Fortunately, vey quickly they upgraded us to another nearby property that worked out very well. No instructions were given regarding check-out details
