Great rooms. Breakfast was very good. And to be honest, Jenny at the front desk made it a "i will definitely come back" stay. She helped me with the initial reservations and special accommodations we needed for 3 rooms. Jenny and the Breakfast staff deserve all the "kudos" and appreciation for this stay. THANK YOU JENNY!

Needed early check-in after being on 2 planes for 4.5 hrs to attend a family funeral. Called previous day, told I would need to "purchase" Sat night. Wasn't needed bc I had reservation for Sun-Tues. Explained again don't need another night, just a small accommodation. No help. Arrived at 2:35 PM Sun (check-in 3:00, check-out 12:00) asking for whatever room was ready. Told I needed to wait until 3:00. Again explained we were going to a funeral. No help. Told wait 10 mins and room would be ready. 2:50 and told she would waive early check-in fee and gave us our key! My brother was traveling w/us for funeral. Asked about his room and told only 1 was ready. Made him wait until exactly 3:00 although room was ready earlier. As we waited for rooms to be ready, tried to sit in lobby/breakfast area. Tables; floor; seats were disgustingly dirty with food on the chair cushions and tables. Breakfast is over at 10:00AM, I believe. No cleaning. Checked-out on Tues and asked about my stay. Told mgr it was "terrible." Explained what happened during check-in and all she did was reiterate that check-in was 3:00 because people don't always leave their room as they should at 12:00. Only plus, room was clean. They should be ashamed that, during a stressful time with a family-member's funeral, they refused to allow us our rooms 1/2 hr early to change and freshen up after 2 flights from NC. Disgraceful! They should be ashamed!

Loved loved loved the property, very clean, room was great, breakfast was awesome, only thing I was not happy with was the staff, check in person was really nice and friendly but the rest of the staff seemed un happy to help, no smiles, I asked someone for some creamer and she seemed bothered, asked for extra towels, seemed bothered, took my granddaughter to the pool and the person that was there seemed bothered as well that he had to stay in thbeoool area, other than that I would stay here again, hope the staff is a little friendlier next time

The property is good. The problem I had was I booked through Expedia for a room, king suite with a refrigerator and microwave. And I just got a frudge. The price is higher for the fridge and microwave so I feel it should be some type of refund. But they told me since I booked it through Expedia. I would have to notify expedia

Despite having the typical feel of a Hampton inn - We were disappointed with our stay at this location due to the constant noise throughout the night. There were loud, disruptive sounds every few minutes, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. (We took a video). We will bring this directly to the hotel’s attention as well.
