The pictures of the hotel and 3D view are misleading. Much of the vibrant color in those pictures are now jaded due to their worn out use over the years. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about EV charging on the hotel's premise. There're 6 level 2 charging stations behind the hotel operated by EV connect. They're expensive and charge $15/hr parking for idle. The street and neighbors can be quite noisy. Complimentary continental breakfast is standard and the same everyday.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome, staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from manhattan, where, if you’re visiting New York, you’ll probably be spending a lot of time. The water pressure in our shower was like barely there and also the bathroom is divided by these weird sliding doors so you could be doing your business and like see your bed, lol. Kind of weird. Also, the toilet was like 2 feet deep and the bathroom sink was like 2 inches deep. Overall, weird bathroom, about an hour from manhattan by metro north and don’t get stuck coming back to the hotel late because there are a lot of junkies in Yonkers en route to the hotel when it’s late.

This place was great and jad an awesome breakfast which included omeletts on the weekend and ts tbe greatest fresh cut fruit. The omelet was the first to go, which stopped my weeke n d stsys there. Now over the past months no fresh cut fruit, apples only. I used to stay 10 tumes a month, i am down to 2 or 3...what a shame.

The hotel was nice I've been there before what I didn't like is the ATM was down I don't know why they didn't fix it and it's always so noisy in the morning like the work is have no they don't care if you're sleeping or not like all the doors are banging and that's the one thing I don't like about the hotel

Aroma is a excellent choice for dining out Its conveniently located inside Royal Regency. The food and the costumer service was excellent. The Royal Regency employees were very nice especially the employees who serve breakfast every morning. The breakfast food was delicious the employees made sure the food service areas stayed clean and food was hot. I highly recommend Royal Regency any event. Their reception rooms are absolutely beautiful fit for a queen or princess the service is worth every penny. I will always stay at the Royal Regency when I visit New York the staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel service employees were nice as well and they made sure we had everything inside our room. Excellent service. Thank you Royal Regency I had a grate stay.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.
