The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, designer cabinets, and stainless appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen open to the dining area, where guests will find table seating for 2 and bar seating for 4. The living room features a large TV, a vast comfortable sofa—and a bio-ethanol fireplace! Central Loft 303 comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet, TV, and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, as it features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV to keep them entertained. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a stand-up shower.
