Sitting just seven miles from Whitefish Mountain Resort, just a quick drive will take you to snowy slopes for hours of fun while all the shops, restaurants, and culture of downtown Whitefish are a mere mile-and-a-half away. At this resort, you'll enjoy access to a handful of amenities, such as a game room and even your own boat slip if you desire (HOA fees and registration apply).

The condo itself has a warm atmosphere with wood ceilings and soft carpeted floors, complemented by thoughtful decor throughout. Gather an assortment of furniture in the living room and look out the windows at the tranquil lake. This room is great for conversations or relaxing in front of the TV, which is equipped with cable, a DVD player, and a VCR. WiFi is available for all your browsing needs.

The pool/hot tub building is closed from the beginning of April until around May 20th of each year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Beautiful scenery but gross.

We loved the location and the porch area. However, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and by the time we realized it was late at night. No other toilet paper in the apartment. When I called the vacasa, they said they would send someone over right away. No one showed up until 11am the next day with toilet paper and paper towels. The lady that dropped them off was upset because she thought we moved chairs outside, which we didn't, they were like that when we arrived. The bathroom was also a little gross. Hair in the tub and dust and hair on the heat register. It made us feel like all the cleaning guidelines they said they were following weren't followed. We also tried to run the dishwasher like they asked, but there were no dishwasher pods. All in all, beautiful location, loved the lake view and dock but felt unsafe about cleanliness and like we were not a priority as customers.

False Advertising, Absent Customer Service

Avoid. You can do better. Completely let down by Vacatia and this facility. Promised a hot tub (specifically emailed to see if it was working) and space capable of sleeping 6. Did not deliver. Hot tub under construction, and tiny cramped spot. When attempting to cancel the reservation, could not find anyone to talk to, all phone numbers were unresponsive, took 2 days for them to get back to me via email. STILL have not gotten back to me. The 'Sleeps 6' option is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sleeps 4 if you're lucky and willing to double up. You can do MUCH better for much less.

Perfect for our needs

We wanted somewhere close to town with full kitchen, etc. This place suited our needs very well and I would recommend to others if they're looking for a convenient location. Nice views of the lake as well. As far as critiques: The furniture is dated but we don't care about that stuff. The lighting could be better within the unit as well. Neither of those are big deals to us but it's something to consider if that's a big deal to you.

Great spot!

Interior didn't really match the pictures, but it was a nice little condo in a good location. It was clean and well maintained, other than some wonky rocking chairs in the living room that will probably break before you read this. The unit we got was right on the water, and the complex is nicely situated on the lake, about four minutes from downtown and <15 minutes from the ski lifts at Big Mountain.
