Lovely place to relax. With woodburner & lovely open plan layout & a hot tub with a view to top it off. Had a lovely welcome pack too. Main Bathroom is very modern as is the en-suite. Well equpped seperate utility too. Great views over the Presseli mountains. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway with a pleasant pub and a very good fish & chips bar just up the road in Crymach then dont hesitate to book. Excellent value for money. Well done to the owners!
We had a lovely week in Stambar. The cottage has everything you need when self catering. The hot tub was a very welcome addition to our break. The hosts had left us a little welcome pack which after a horrendous journey from Yorkshire on the tail of storm Lillian was greatly appreciated. Locally in Cardigan/Narberth you will find plenty of local stores and eateries. We recommend The Copper Pot, The Boars Head and The Nags Head. All serving local produce and excellent quality, we recieved a pleasant welcome and service in all. If you like places of interest Picton Castle or Pembrokeshire Castle were great days out, or a trip to the coastal town of Tenby. A vehicle is a must but you will see lots of beautiful countryside and lovely coastline. If you love a quiet beach then Freshwater East is lovely or for those who like to surf Freshwater West, but be warned the roads are not for the faint hearted, small single tracks with the odd passing point. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back. ðƞËĆ
The property was very nice and clean. Hot tub great. Could do with somewhere to hang coats instead of having to put them on back of chairs. You can hear the traffic early morning and late at night. Not too bad. It was a little far out for us from main towns but that is our preference.
