The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & washing machine.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
We have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is 1 bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm, the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £500 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation.
T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require completion of our check-in form by every guest over the age of 16 staying in the property. This includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of £200 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £200 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY
To ensure guest satisfaction we require additional cleans at the guests' cost for all stays of 11 nights + and every 10 days after that. The house will be fully cleaned, all consumables restocked and the towels/sheets will be changed.

There is free parking on the streets surrounding the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There are steep spiral stairs in the property which must be climbed to access the bedroom and bathroom.
We are opposite a railway line with a lovely view of passing trains. Whilst we have very good double glazing passing trains can be heard.
