Welcome to our cozy home, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. One of the standout features of this space is the two separate living areas, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, colleagues, or on your own, this home provides a spacious and comfortable place to land.

As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into the first living room—an inviting space ideal for conversation, board games, and quality time together. Open the blackout curtains to reveal a large front-facing window that fills the room with beautiful natural light.

Through the hallway you will find both bedrooms and a full bathroom.

At the back of the home, you’ll find the second living area—a bright and relaxing retreat featuring a large sectional and a smart TV. With walls lined by large windows, natural light fills the space and offers a lovely view of the backyard, making it an ideal spot to keep an eye on kids or pets while they enjoy the outdoors.

In the basement you will find a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays.

-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
