The only thing I didn't care for was the elevators took a long time to get to you. That's it! Hospitality was wonderful. Location was centralized to Downtown, so easy walks to any dining or entertainment. Room service was immaculate. Will return again.

Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe gentleman who was on the desk at 4pm on 2/23 and when we checked out 2/24 about 815am, same gentleman, was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered expressed their Thanks that we were there and offered us either assistance or advice on things to do.

Our stay was wonderful. Only a few hiccups; check in took forever, no clear direction on where to park, our thermostat didn’t work so it was 64 in our suite when we woke up, and the shower head was horrible. Aside from those things, the staff was amazing and attentive and the bath and bed were definitely the best parts.
