Check in staff was friendly and lobby seemed clean. As we went to our room we noticed the vending machine and ice were out of order. Our room was not clean. The couch was gross, the carpet was sticky and needed vacuumed. It did not smell fresh. The room was hot in February and the air conditioner was very loud. A lamp, the phone, and the closet door were all broken also.

The check-in person was very pleasant and the process was easy. The parking is well lit and had plenty of spaces. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the room could use some deep cleaning, and there are stains on the couch and some rips in the carpet. However, we are traveling with two dogs, and I know that hotels sometimes use specific rooms for people with dogs.

Just needed a place to spend the night. Room was nice, very clean. I skipped breakfast, but when I left few minutes before the end of breakfast time, there was still food available.

The first room we received smelled bad - very musty. Did not smell clean and fresh. After informing the front desk, we were moved to another room which was better. The next day, the elevator went out so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs.
