Staff wasn’t at the desk for over 15 minutes. I’m just getting off a flight @ 11:30pm and had to wait for the staff to show up in the lobby. I called the hotel phone at least 6 times but guess what…. The phone was sitting right on the counter next to me. SMH. When I expressed to the gentleman that I would like a room on the second floor, he told me he didn’t have any. I assume he sensed I was getting irritated with that lie, so he decided to give me a room on the requested floor. The room itself was not up to par and needs a makeover seriously. Broken off soap shelf in the shower, staining around the tub , AC/heater unit was loud and missing buttons, and the sheets didn’t look refreshed. The lounge chair and couch needs refreshing. I was only staying the night but y’all have to get it together over there.

Unfortunately, it was below expectations. Check in was easy. But the room was not great. Immediately, the air conditioner was squealing very loudly. Then couldn’t get the TV to turn on. Then the toilet flushed and didn't refill. Had to take the top off and giggle the float to get it to work. Then found out one card didn't work on the door. Went down twice and never got it to work. Pretty noisy too with then walls. Woulf not stay there again.

Shower was cold at 10:30 at night no water pressure. Breakfast was pretty good no potatoes. When I walked in two guys were carrying a girl in a skirt upside down and she was wearing a g-string got a good butt shot not that I wanted one. Not sure if this is the party place or what. It was a Saturday night so maybe. After that it was pretty quiet though.

It’s fine - we were just here for a quick stay before an early morning flight. The reason for my negative review- my hisband was showering at 4 am before we headed out. The smoke detectors started going off - we looked outside oiur room and realized it was only ours - propped the door open to air out. Called the front desk- yes, sometimes that happens from the steam of the shower, just keep the door open. The ear-splitting alarm proceeded at least 10 more minutes…. Our apologies to our neighbors who had to hear this for probably 15 min total….. seriously, there is no way to reset the alarm? Not a soul downstairs when we left a few minutes later. We could’ve burned to crisps and no one would care… we have stayed here many times over the years but think this was our last!!

Light for the parking lot was right outside my window. They had a shortage of wash cloths so I had to ask for them every day. There seemed to be a problem keeping the eggs, sausages and potatoes warm. And finally, the ice machine was not working on my floor.
