The staff were exceptionally warm and kind. I have never felt so at home when being welcomed at a hotel. I was able to find everything I needed and if I asked for assistance, was kindly helped. The kitchen staff were delightful. The man who prepares the omelets was a happy fellow. It was nice chatting with them the mornings I had breakfast.

Beautiful room... too loud

Love the room and location but a club or sports bar across the street music loud until AFTER midnight. And I received a receipt b4 I checked in and the picked my room ... I like high floors
