Welcome to your stylish vacation home where you can kick back and relax! This 3 bedroom home is the perfect choice for a memorable getaway.

Nestled in the heart of west Wichita, you will be just minutes away from Oldtown, Intrust Bank arena, Sedgwick County Zoo, Tanganyika Zoo, Blast off Bay Water Park, and Genesis Sports Complex. Plus, if you are traveling it is only 3 miles from the airport!

As you step inside this ranch style home with no stairs, you will be greeted by a spacious living room designed for your group to relax and enjoy. Indulge in a Netflix series or movie on the smart TV, or challenge someone to board games that are provided.

Your vacation home has ample kitchen space for making meals together. Enjoy eating with friends and family in the comfortable dining area which seats 6, with extra seating in the kitchen if needed.

After a long day of traveling or exploring Wichita attractions, you'll love winding down in your very own hot tub or relaxing and conversing with friends by the firepit. Grill out and make smore's by the fire!

You'll be sure to sleep good in the comfy queen beds. All the rooms have blinds and blackout curtains so you can sleep in if you desire!

Jenny was a wonderful host. The communication description and stay were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I had a really decent time. The fire pit was very nice because it was so cold.

Great Stay and Awesome Location

The stay was great. Our kids had their own room which they appreciated. The Hot Tub was great as qell as the fire pit, but sadly we dodnt get to use them since we only stayed for 2 nights! With that said my kids played the arcade games for quite awhile and the dining table was great to have as well as the large couch! We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive!

My wife and I had a great stay at this cozy house. The beds were comfortable and it was stocked with essentials - including a full selection of coffee k-cups. Our two dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

MD to Wichita

Very nice home, quiet neighborhood just as the listing states. Hot Tub was great! Loved the kitchen and living room spaces. Plenty of room to cook in kitchen and sit all together and watch movies afterwards. My husband, 11 year old son and myself spent the weekend in Wichita (we live in MD)for our 16 year olds bday (he lives in Wichita with his mom). Our trip was a surprise for him. We all enjoyed ourselves. Jenny and her husband Chris were great and very attentive. Even bought us grill supplies when we couldnt locate them at the house. They had thrown them away to buy new, and had just forgotten to replace. Literally they arrived with them with in 10 mins of us asking about them. They also were very understanding of our requests to check in early and check out late to maximize our time for the weekend with our son. We were very appreciative. Definitely would stay again! Plenty of linens, towels etc. Also loved the privacy of the fenced in back yard.

Great location! The house was a quick easy drive to many attractions. We had a great time in the hot tub! There were lots of towels for shower and hot tub use, thanks! Although we didn’t use the fire pit, there was LOTS of wood and supplies available. There were a few condiments and coffee supplies in the kitchen in case you needed a little something.

The hot tub is SO WORTH IT

Just a quick stop over on our way to Texas and this home was perfect for our needs!! The hot tub was PERFECT after a long day of driving. We started from MN and endured white-knuckle driving for two hours, traffic, and crazy drivers to end in a comfortable, cozy home. Another bonus is our dogs loved the fenced in backyard and being able to run and play after being cooped up in the car for so long. Thank you for your hospitality!!
