We had a number of rooms booked for a sporting event and all of us didn’t get any sleep due to a loud noise occurring about every 30 minutes (sounded like a washing machine being unbalanced). In addition, there was a periodic natural gas smell. Not good at all. On the plus side, the breakfast was great and the front desk staff in the morning very friendly.

There was a bedbug in bed, which caused wounds on my body and kept me up at night with the ticklish sensation all over. It was so terrible for me too. The hotel staff were unkind and shamelessly insincere, as if they only needed to change the room. I was very angry.
