The non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty feet. The bathroom was clean. But the floor was not. The bed smelled like they had not changed the duvet but just put it back on. The door was also loose on the handle like someone had previously attempted to break into it. It was a cheap room and after cleaning myself it was okay to stay in. But I would not stay there again.

Stayed one night on our way through to Eureka, Ks. Room was clean. Breakfast is grab and go as no sit down, but that's to be expected at this price point. I would stay again. Communication via email regarding stay was great. Several emails before and after our stay.

I know they said they were short staffed, but i was there 2 weeks, they could have peeked in 1-2x to see if the room needed anything. I even left the little door notice hanging from the handle for 3 days. I dont much care abour sheets and things being changed, but trash would help (I kept mine neat, but had 3 walmart bags by the end of stay). Not a bad place. Just check on long term rooms once in a while.

Excellent customer service by Dawn at the front desk! Very Friendly and was able to help with my issues with booking and was so very grateful! Property and hotel very clean and well kept. No breakfast in the morning as there was an issue with someone didn’t show up to provide otherwise would definitely stay again

They didn't have the handicap room available that we booked and no elevator so my 80 year old uncle had to climb a flight of stairs. we had booked king deluxe rooms and there was NOTHING deluxe about it. The employees were very rude and we nointerested at all in our comfort or convien

We asked for a mobility convenience room. You could not get a wheelchair in there if you wanted to. Luckily I didn't need one. The bed was supposed to be queen and it was more full size. Lamp shade was torn. We found blood on floor at foot of the bed. We called management and they brought us a mop and said return when you are done. Was noisy all night couldn't sleep. There was someone going around knocking on doors at 2 a.m. asking for someone to call management to front desk. We tried calling and no one answered. Will never stay there again.

First room the TV didn’t work (it was Super Bowl so it was important to have a working tv), then the air wouldn’t turn on at all, then the next rooms tv was only in Spanish, the rooms were dirty, bedding smelled old and dusty, something was biting me while I was trying to sleep. I booked two nights and left with out staying the second night.

Affordable

Needed an inexpensive place to crash for the night before heading into Wichita - did the job. Was is amazing? Was it the best hotel ever? No. But it was affordable, clean enough and exactly what we needed for a night. Breakfast was less than ideal - actually skipped as very limited options. The walls are thin and you can hear everything around you; but for 12 hours it was fine.
