Me and my family stayed overnight. The area is really clean. The condo was clean. Amy was nice to talk to. The location is excellent

The pool was the perfect size for the kids and Amy (the owner) could not have been nicer or accommodating! We stayed on the 2nd floor so we could hear our neighbors but quiet hours were maintained and usually just little kids making noise.

False advertisement
Publié le 12 juill. 2021 sur HotelsI booked a 3rd floor 3 bedroom 6 bed unit on this site. I got a one bedroom with a set of bunk beds in an alcove and an unusable puulout. The unit was on the second floor. I asked manager and they ssid they didn't guarantee units. What false advertisement. Hotels.com needs to review and update this listing to actually reflect what this property is before an attorney gets involved.

The above review is not truthful, accurate or acceptable. We do not offer a 3 bedroom condo rental on hotels.com so it is not possible for you to book a 3 bedroom unit on hotel.com. You never spoke to the manager , in fact I am the manager and were in contact several times with you while you were on property regarding the noise complaints from your unit. Also not true was the fact you were given a 1 bedroom as there are no 1 bedroom condo on the property. The only thing that was discussed with the check in agent was that you requested 3rd floor and your unit was on 2nd floor our agent explained that we can not guarantee exact unit , as all units numbers 1-6 are exactly the same. I reached out to you by phone the day you posted this review to discuss and explain that as a small business we depend on honest reviews, you laughed and said my problem is with hotels.com not you and I’m going to get a free night out of this . Please know your dishonesty affects people.

Great stay. Room was very nice. Best part was the OWNERS they were very accommodating and very easy to work with. They made the experience more enjoyable. We were able to call them for anything.
